Delete your Encompass AI account
You can delete your account and its data at any time — here, or in the Encompass AI app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting is immediate and can't be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account, your sign-in, and every signed-in device
- Your questions, photos and chat history
- Your practice and past-paper progress
- Weekly test uploads and their marks
- Your usage records
What we keep
If you paid by Direct Debit, the payment record — amounts and dates, not your name or email — which we have to keep for our accounts. Any active subscription is cancelled first, so you won't be charged again.
